If you are having issues with your Qibixx disconnecting, this is likely due to grounding/earthing issues with your equipment. Most photo booths are not properly earthed (but should be).
A potential solution is to close the J1 and J6 jumpers on the Qibixx, which closes a Ground Loop – and this may help resolve connection issues.
Some Qibixx ship with the J1 and J6 jumpers closed already. It will look like the above image.
