Checking for updates
You can check for updates by selecting Check for updates online. This will connect to the internet and display details of the latest version of Breeze Hotfolder in your web browser. Alternatively go to the Breeze Hotfolder page on our website.
Activation problems
If the error message The server name or address could not be resolved is displayed when you try to activate or deactivate Breeze Hotfolder online it means that the PC is unable to access the internet. Please check that that the computer is connected to the internet and check your firewall settings to make sure that Breeze Hotfolder.exe (the application for Windows program) is allowed to access the internet. If you are still unable to activate the software online you may need to activate it by email instead.
If a different error message is displayed please follow the instructions displayed in the error message. If you are not sure what to do please email contact@breezesoftware.com and include your registration name and code and details of the error message.
