Migrating

Breeze Booth licensing is moving from BreezeBooth.net to Breeze Cloud. The new licensing system is available now and all new Breeze Booth subscriptions should be purchased through Breeze Cloud. Over the coming weeks, existing licences will also be migrated to the new platform.

Purchase new licenses via Breeze Cloud

Enable Breeze Cloud licensing

During the migration period, Breeze Booth can use either the legacy licensing system or the new Breeze Cloud licensing.

To enable the new system, in Breeze Booth:

• Open Settings
• Select Account
• Enable Sign in Using Breeze Cloud

Once enabled, sign in using your Breeze Cloud account.

Migrating existing licences

If you currently have licences on BreezeBooth.net, they will be migrated to Breeze Cloud over the next 4–6 weeks. Your existing licences will be converted into Breeze Cloud subscriptions using voucher codes. You will receive an email when your vouchers are ready, along with instructions for redeeming them.

Thank you bonus

As a thank you for your patience during the migration, we will extend migrated licences by:

• 1 month for annual licences
• 1 week for monthly licences

Once your voucher has been redeemed, future renewals will be managed through Breeze Cloud subscriptions and your BreezeBooth.net license will be made inactive.

During the transition

You do not need to migrate immediately. Both licensing systems will operate during the migration period to help avoid interruptions to your events. Our team will contact you before migrating your licences to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
