The Mac does not have native touch screen support like on Windows PC’s. Driver support from manufacturers (like Elo) is limited and generally not well supported. This means that if you connect a touch screen to your Mac, it most likely will not work. Check with the manufacturer of your touch screen to see if they have native Mac drivers. If not you will need to use a Third Party driver package to make your touch screen work.
