The Event Settings are collection of settings relating to general event details and configuration.

Event Details
Event Strings
Event name and strings let you customize events with tokens replaced at runtime. For example, in a sharing email, using the text: Your photos from {eventName} → becomes e.g. Your photos from Jack and Jill’s Wedding.
Get Strings from Breeze Hub
Event names/strings can be defined locally per iPad, or in Breeze Hub and sent to connected iPads. Enable this option to receive them from Hub.
Event List & Status
These options jump you to the Event List and Status screens where you can view other events and monitor file upload status.
Passwords
Setup Password
Allows you to password protect access to the settings menu.
Exit Password
Stops users exiting from Photo Booth mode with out a password.
Sign in Options
Must be Signed In
Ensures that an event can not be started unless a valid user is signed in.
Exit After Trial Sessions
Ensures that the Photo Booth can not be run in trial/watermark mode.
Auto Functions
These are a collection of settings relating to features that can be automated.
Timed Sessions
Allows you to automatically open and close the Photo Booth between a set time internal.
Auto run Event at Startup
Will run the last selected event, as soon as the app launches.
Sync Event Daily at 4am
Will automatically sync the Events List at 4am. This is useful for pushing any updates automatically to unattended photo booths.
Purge Photos Daily at 4am
Will automatically delete ALL captured media, older than the value of Age (Days) eg: 4 days. This is ideal for unattended installations to ensure the iPad hard drive does not reach capacity.
Activity Log
Will log a detailed journal of all activity to the Files App > On this iPad > Breeze Booth. This is useful for troubleshooting and tech support.
